The Borough of West Chester is the county seat of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Philadelphia is 25 miles to the east and Wilmington 17 miles to the south. West Chester is ranked by US News & World Report number 56 Universities–Master's (North). The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSACS).
