New Cumberland is a borough in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, United States. New Cumberland was incorporated as a borough on March 21, 1831. The population was 7,349 at the 2000 census. The borough is noted for its yearly Apple Festival, which gathers hundreds of vendors and tens of thousands of visitors.

New Cumberland is located at 40.229140, -76.873992. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 4.3 km² (1.7 mi²), all land.
