Wilsonville is a city in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States. The population was 13,991 at the 2000 census, and as of 2005 was estimated to be 16,510. Wilsonville is located at 45.306805, -122.766420. According to the 2000 census, the city has a total area of 17.9 km² (6.9 mi²), a figure which the city says has grown to 19.2 km² (7.4 mi²) by July 2005. For the 2000 figure, 17.4 km² (6.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.5 km² (0.2 mi²) of it (2.75%) is water. Wilsonville is in the West Linn-Wilsonville School District and the Clackamas Community College District.

Wilsonville is headquarters for several major local and national companies:
Joe's (formerly known as G.I. Joe's), a retailer specializing in sporting goods, outdoor activities and automotive parts and accessories;
Hollywood Entertainment, parent company of Hollywood Video;
InFocus, a producer of multimedia projectors;
Mentor Graphics, a $700 million company that makes software to design integrated circuits.
Xerox has a large facility in Wilsonville; the company acquired the color printing and imaging division of Tektronix corporation in 2000. Xerox and Mentor Graphics are the city's two largest employees as of 2006, the only two to employ more than 1000 people.
Other large employers in the city are Tyco Electronics (Precision Interconnect), Sysco Food Services, and Fry's Electronics.
Nike has one of its U.S. distribution centers for footwear in Wilsonville, making it one of the city's largest taxpayers.
