Warren is a city in Trumbull County, Ohio, United States. The population was 46,832 at the 2000 census, but in 2005, the population was down to 45,796. It is the county seat of Trumbull County. It is part of the Youngstown-Warren-Boardman, OH-PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. Warren is located at 41.238206, -80.814554. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 41.7 km² (16.1 mi²). 41.6 km² (16.1 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.19%) is water.
