Graham is a city in Alamance County, North Carolina, United States. It is part of the Burlington, North Carolina Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 12,833 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Alamance County.

Graham is home to Alamance Community College, a 2-year technical college.

Between these these two large metropolitan areas lies Graham which provides the small town atmosphere but with all the popular chains in Graham or within a few minutes drive. The courthouse is located centrally in Graham and in Alamance County. Roads radiate north, south, east and west from the courthouse to the various business and residential areas of town and county.
