Dunn is a city in Harnett County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 9,196 at the 2000 census.
It is the birthplace of early rock and roll guitar hero, Link Wray and General William C. Lee, father of the American Airborne. It is also the home of the popular beach music bands Harry's Band and the Band of Oz. The city slogan is "It's all right here." The town is home to 3 local schools.
