Kosciusko is a city in Attala County, Mississippi, United States. The population was 7,372 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Attala County. Kosciusko has been recognized on more than one occasion as one of the top 100 small cities in America in which to live, and as of 2005, all Kosciusko City Schools were rated at the highest level given by the State of Mississippi.
