Warroad is a city located in Roseau County, Minnesota, at the southwest corner of Lake of the Woods. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 1,722. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 7.1 km² (2.7 mi²). 6.8 km² (2.6 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.1 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 5.11% water. Warroad is east of Roseau, Minnesota and west of Baudette, Minnesota.
