Raynham is a town in Bristol County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 11,739 at the 2000 census. It has one village, Raynham Center.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 54.0 km² (20.9 mi²). 53.1 km² (20.5 mi²) of it is land and 0.9 km² (0.4 mi²) of it (1.73%) is water. The town is mostly rural, and sections of the Hockomock Swamp Wildlife Management Area are located in the town. All of the town's waterways feed into the Taunton River, which provdes much of the southern half of the town's borders.
In the town the population was spread out with 25.7% under the age of 18, 6.8% from 18 to 24, 29.9% from 25 to 44, 24.7% from 45 to 64, and 13.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
