Located 9.2 miles northeast of downtown Buffalo and 2.8 miles north of downtown Amherst. Traveling on I-290: Follow I-290 and exit onto Millersport Highway/SR 263, exit #5-B and follow to Flint Road. Turn left and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the left side of the road. Traveling on I-90: Follow I-90 and exit onto I-290 North. Follow I-290 north for 2 1/2 miles. Exit onto Millersport Highway/SR 263, exit #5-B and follow to Flint Road. Turn left and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the left side of the road. From downtown Buffalo: Follow I-190/New York State Throughway east for 3 miles to I-90 South. Follow I-90 South for 5 1/2 miles and exit onto I-290 North. Follow I-290 north for 2 1/2 miles and exit onto Millersport Highway/SR 263, exit #5-B and follow to Flint Road. Turn left and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the left side of the road. From the Buffalo Niagara International Airport: Follow SR-33 southwest and turn onto I-90 North/New York State Throughway. Follow I-90 north for 1/2 a mile and then turn onto I-290 North. Follow I-290 north for approximately 2 1/2 miles and exit onto Millersport Highway/SR 263, exit #5-B and follow to Flint Road. Turn left and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the left side of the road.
