Venice Beach Villas has two locations, 501 W Venice Ave and 505 Menendez St. The locations are separated by three short blocks and are three blocks from the Venice Public Beach, famous for sharks tooth hunting, and a short walk to the historic downtown shops and restaurants. The office is located at 501 W Venice Ave.
Both locations have a heated pool, gas grills, beach bikes, sharks tooth sifters and coin laundry.
