The Best Western The Parlour Histo is a downtown historic inn originally built in 1870's but newly renovated in 2005. All guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this historic brick building with no elevator access. Baggage assistance is available. Located in the heart of downtown Stratford the inn features a 200-seat restaurant celebrating its 25th anniversary season this year. Located in the heart of downtown Stratford this brick structure is reminiscent of downtown England and truly completes the Shakespearean experience. The guest rooms newly developed in 2004 and 2005 feature interesting reproduction antique furniture pieces, a warm colour palate and luxurious fabrics. A 200-seat restaurant celebrating its 25th anniversary season this year accompanies the inn. Located at street level, it consists of beautiful woodwork, stained glass and tin ceilings. Catering to many appetites it features menus for all tastes such as traditional English fare, contemporary cuisine and a great pub and outdoor terrace dining. Pre-theatre reservations are highly recommended.
