The Wyndham Resort at Fairfield is a 2,400-acre estate on Neuse River, eight miles east of New Bern, and approximately 12 miles from New Bern Airport. The Neuse River leads to the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. A Venice-like canal system laces much of this resort community and provides the perfect setting for golf, tennis and watersports. Local attractions include Harbour Pointe Golf Course three and a half miles away, New Bern Civic Theatre five miles away, Carolina Pines 10 miles away, Aurora Fossil Museum 16 miles away, Ocracoke Island 20 miles, Jungleland 30 miles, and North Carolina Maritime Museum 31 miles away.

Each condo features a kitchen, a patio or balcony, irons and ironing boards, DVD/VCR players, dishes and utensils, hairdryers, air conditioning, and laundry facilities.
